Here he inquired about the token process and other facilities being provided by the corporation to the residents of the city. Here he interacted with the townspeople who had come to deposit the tax. He also interacted with the employees of CFC and inquired about their functioning. After that they reached the call center. Interacted with the employees listening to the phone calls here and instructed them to get the problem resolved after listening to every call coming in the call center. After the call center, the Joint Commissioner reached the Tax Branch. Here he interacted with the Regional Taxation Officer Ajay Walia and the employees of the Tax Branch. After this he visited Rent Branch, Patwari Branch, Sanitation and Health Branch, Building Branch and other branches. During this, he also interacted with the residents of the corporation regarding complaints and other works and instructed the concerned officers to solve their problems.
Joint Commissioner Virendra Singh Dhull directed all the officers and employees to take every complaint coming to the office seriously and resolve it on time.
